What? The school year is almost over? How did that happen? That's the question I always have in my head as soon as May arrives. The end approaches quickly and with report writing, everything becomes hectic, and we can only wish for the end to be able to recharge batteries again during the summer. How about ending the school year with feedback from your students? This will help you think about the new year ( I know! You just want to go home now!), with a mind that is still fresh. Adding to your students' feedback, make a list of what worked and what didn't work for you and your students. Put that list in a safe place and return to it during your preparation period before the next school year starts.
